Not as bad the second time around!
I think I already reviewed this song. Good news! I like it much better this time! I might even save it to my disk. It's still not folk, but the british accents are a little less annoying. But I think I remember from the bio that you guys were from detriot, so drop the accents. The 'funny old world' part is still cool. Reminiscent of Devo, culture club!

easy on the effects! the vocals were completely washed out. the drums were too far out front and dry while the rest of the instruments were effected and ineffective. sounds like an irish wierd al. then in the end, the song went too many places and ended up like a car wreck.

Fun song, but I might put the vocals just a bit more out front. It sounds just a bit muddy. But that is a production thing. the group is talented and the music sounds like you are having a good time. the arrangement is pretty good and holds the listeners attention.

Nice upbeat feel to it. I like the vocals, even though it would take a few listens to get all the words. I wonder if this song doesn't belong in the pop/rock genre. Nonetheless, it is a good song with a lot of energy and vitality.

Good! quirky arrangements/vocals nice solid feel and enough variation to keep you listening. I really like this one - it reminds me of a Liverpool underground band called [unknown]. At the climax of the song the singer would suddenly stop everything and say 'No F*** It ...I've had enough!!' But I could listen to this again!

not folk/country, more like psychedelic Brit Pop. i was reminded of Gong for a moment, i used to love them. the energy is definitely good on this, with a good vocal. However it's not my kind of music these days so i can't say any more than it does the job.

The intro was way too long, the drums were too hot in the mix and the vocals were too low in the mix with too much effects on them as well, and it did not fit in folk or country catagory.

Reminiscent of early Oingo Boingo or mid-80s punk-meets-pop thrash music. Singer sounds a lot like the lead singer for Midnight Oil. Reminds me of my college years; definitely *not* folk or country (needs to be moved to another genre) but an engaging, interesting piece nonetheless; I agree, 'it's a funny old world.' The intro sounded like my dad in the bathroom on saturday mornings, and from there on it went down. I don't know where anyone got the idea that this was folk or country, but it's really not. These people sound british and it gets mad annoying towards the end. The 'funny old world' part is cool. Actually, it's not that bad. I'm changing my rating from 1-2. See, it grew on me!
